If you are looking to improve your game, then walmart is NOT the place to go for a racquet. You have the face the fact that you’re at the point where you’ll have to spend a little extra on a better frame than that. But don’t worry, you don’t need to spend over $100 to get a good frame.
You mention that you want more control. Well, here’s the deal:frames you find at walmart are made for recreational (i.e. not serious) players. These people don’t have developed technique, and need all the help they can get from the racquet. Thus, anything you find at walmart will be very power-oriented,and offer you little to no control.
I would recommend that you go with something considerably heavier and smaller than that, but without getting too demanding for you. I’l suggest that you look at racquets that are at least 10.5 oz,up to about 11 oz. Also,I suggest staying below 105″headsizes. For you probably between 100 and 105″. The last thing is to see that it is head-light,or even balanced at the most.
Check out this page for some great deals on great frames:

Some I would recommend that you look at from that page:
Head Liquidmetal Radical Midplus
Head Flexpoint FXP Prestige Team
Völkl DNX 8
Prince O3 Hybrid Spectrum (Midplus)
Prince O3 Hybrid Shark (midplus)
These are all under $100. If you can afford to move up to one of these frames,it’s definitely worth it. You should be able to just pick any one of those five and be happy with it. These will give you the control you want, and I think you should notice pretty quick improvement in your game, once you are used to the frame. And don’t be afraid to order form tenniswarehouse.com. They’re a great company, and have pretty fast shipment. And if your order is over $75,shipping is free.
Oh,also make sure you get the right grip size. This page will tell you how to do that:

Best of luck to you,and I hope you enjoy your new frame! Keep on playing!
