lg vx8500 (chocolate) died…im looking to have insurance ship a lg vx8300 instead of a chocolate. any ideas?
well my chocolate phone died. verizon says its for “water damage”but im 95% sure that they lied and its because the wire from the lcd screen leading to the main part of the phone. my phone was in my pocket all day and was working around 5:55 (last txt msg) but died shortly after. I found my credit card stuck in between the two parts. now im dealing with insurance and I DO NOT want another lg chocolate. ive gone through 2 already and on my next one the insurance company will cancel my subscription (the first one was covered under manufacture warranty luckly) i mean you think that they would just shut up and send me a new lg vx8300 because its cheaper but i guess not. i went both to verizon and Asurion Insurance Services(the place that is supposed to send me a new phone) and neither is willing to send me a different model. any ideas? also does asurion send a new phone or refurbished and does that “new”phone come with the box?
a new phone withe the box and all that jazz. but if u want to change after u get the new one i would take it back to the store and tell them something is wrong with it and they will change it out for u. i have had 3 different phones that way.
