Building a Ruger 10/22?
Rather than buy the target model for the bull barrel and then change the stock or buy the plain one and put a new stock and a bull barrel on it,I think it would be cheaper just to order parts and put together what I want.
I have a couple questions.
What will I need to put one together? Parts,tools,etc.
Will I be able to ship everything to my house or do I need an FFL holder for certain parts?

I plan to put one together with a Houge Overmolded stock and a bull barrel.

You’d need an FFL for the receiver. Everything else could be shipped directly to you.
Have you priced out all of the components? You may be money ahead by just buying the complete rifle.
