An item i have bought has broken twice now,what are my rights for a refund? pleae help?
I bought a pair or cd decks last december and 3 months in they stopped working,i took them back and the company shipped them to the manafacturer for repair.
The company got back to me after a month saying the manafacturer could not fix them and was going to ship the lastest model out. I recieved them in july and they worked fine. But now they are playing up and ive contacted the company and all they will do is send for repair.
Surley the goods are just prone to breaking right? am i within my rights to get a refund as integrity of them lasting more than 6 months when i get them back is questionable. Im also still within my first year of purchase by 3 weeks. thanx
Refund is unlikely,however if you are still in your warranty period they do have to service the deck once again.
